We’re excited to celebrate the completion of The Charles, a 25-story residential tower in the heart of Downtown Bethesda, for our long-term partners at Greystar. The project includes 301 units (41 of them affordable), four levels of below-grade parking, ground floor retail, and amenities such as a rooftop pool, fitness center, and multiple terraces. The façade’s origami-inspired articulation creates pockets for balconies, daylight, and stormwater management, all culminating in a striking window wall that rises to the penthouse level.
