The VERVE Charlottesville team celebrated the topping out of Towers B & C, marking another major milestone for the project. This event follows the topping out of Tower A in December 2025, bringing all three structures to their full height at the largest development currently underway in the city of Charlottesville. VERVE Charlottesville is a purpose‑built student housing community designed to introduce new residential options, amenities, and energy to the area. The project continues to progress smoothly thanks to the dedication and coordination of the entire team on site.
The celebration included a catered lunch from Mission BBQ, music, and a raffle featuring electric tools, TVs, gift cards, and more — a well‑deserved moment of recognition for the crews working through challenging weather and a complex construction schedule.
