We had a great time celebrating our inaugural Bring Your Kid to Work Day at the Arlington office last week! Our Junior Builders kicked off the morning with their own PPE, learned about cranes and jobsite safety, explored the Ballston Macy’s project from the perimeter, and put their skills to the test with a blueprint treasure hunt and LEGO build challenge.
A special thank‑you to Catherine Pastoor, PE, SE from SK&A Structural Engineers for leading a hands‑on Structural Scavenger Hunt at the jobsite that the kids absolutely loved.
The day wrapped with lunch, certificates, and a reminder that family is at the foundation of our company culture.
