Women in Construction Week 2026 brought together Moriarty teams across all four regional offices—Winchester, MA; Arlington, VA; Raleigh, NC; and Hollywood, FL—for a series of celebrations honoring the women who strengthen our company every day. In addition to special activities throughout the week, including walkthroughs that welcomed future women in construction, each office hosted its own happy hour, creating space for connection, recognition, and appreciation.
Our CEO, Chris Brown, joined the celebration in Winchester and connected with the remaining offices via Teams to share his gratitude and encouragement. His message underscored the impact of the women who lead, innovate, and contribute across every department and job site along the East Coast. From project management and accounting to safety, estimating, and field operations, the women of Moriarty continue to shape our projects, our culture, and the future of our industry.
