Summer internships are coming to an end as we approach the end of the season. While we celebrate National Intern Day with our valued temporary colleagues, we’re also wishing them farewell and good luck as they return to complete their degrees. This summer, we had the honor of welcoming:
- Eric Gibson from East Carolina University at 320 Hillsborough in North Carolina
- Holly Moss from University of Miami at accounting department in Massachusetts
- Alexander Torres-Acosta from Penn State University at 7340 Wisconsin Ave in Maryland
- Jack Yanssens from University of Pittsburgh at 8145 Baltimore Avenue in Maryland
Throughout their time with us, each intern shared how much they learned about construction and the work environment; while consistently expressing how much they enjoyed their time with their respective teams and departments. However, it’s important to recognize that the exchange is always mutual—we would like to thank them for choosing us for this special part of their professional journey, as they have brought fresh perspectives and innovative approaches to our practices and culture.
We also had the opportunity of accompanying Jack and Alex during their final presentation and jobsite tour. Check the video and join us in giving them a final round of applause and wishing them success in school!
