The Moriarty FL team celebrated a major milestone with the topping out of E11EVEN Beyond, the second tower in the ultra‑luxury E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences Miami development. Rising approximately 700 feet over Downtown Miami’s Park West district, the 65‑story tower is quickly approaching its full architectural height.
The event brought together the project team, design partners, and developers for a catered lunch onsite, raffles with TVs, tools, and more, music, and plenty of well‑earned smiles — a great moment to recognize the hard work driving this project forward.
E11EVEN Beyond is being developed by Property Markets Group (PMG) , with architecture by Sieger Suarez Architects. The tower will deliver 456 residences with fully integrated smart‑building features, Subzero and Wolf appliances, custom ITALKRAFT cabinetry, designer‑curated furnishings, and access to an elevated suite of amenities — including a helipad, signature restaurant, executive office suites, a state‑of‑the‑art fitness center, and an expanded resort‑style pool deck.
As the Beyond tower climbs through its upper floors, façade installation continues to progress, mirroring the architectural expression already visible on the nearly completed E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences across the block.
