Two of our projects developed by Greystar have won merit awards at the 2025 Multifamily Executive Awards:
- Union on Knox – Student housing for UMD in College Park, MD
- Features WDG’s architectural design
- Recognition for student housing design
- Completed in 2024 with 341 units serving 800 students

- The Commodore – High-rise in Arlington, VA
- Designed by architect Cooper Carry with interior design by Streetsense

- Completed in 2023, standing 20 floors tall with 425 units
