Our North Carolina team celebrated the topping out of 2810 Hillsborough last week, marking a major milestone for this new student housing community near NC State. Developed by Cardinal Group Companies and designed by ESG | Architecture & Design, the project will deliver 291 beds across two wood‑framed residential buildings: a five‑story apartment building with ground‑floor amenities, and a three‑story townhome building.
The team enjoyed a well‑deserved afternoon onsite with raffles, great food, and a shaved ice truck to beat the heat during this week’s heat wave. Huge thanks to everyone on the project for their hard work and coordination in reaching this milestone!
