  • 387 units
  • Boarded on all sides by a bridge for New York Ave, an operating apartment complex, above-grade Metro tracks/biking trail/overpass, and one of the busiest intersections at Florida and New York Avenues, the project was logistically challenging
  • Logistics were further complicated by considerable grade changes, multiple types of contaminated soil, and multiple different temporary and permanent foundation systems

Achieving final CO of WGII was an accomplishment! I cannot tell you how much we appreciated Moriarty’s imaginative and energetic management in the face of the unprecedented challenges of COVID.
