A 74,000 sf mixed-use core-shell retail and office project, this building sits on the original footprint of Jimmy's Harborside. Built on a new pier sunk into the harbor, this building is now home to Legal Seafood's new flagship location as well as several other retail establishments.
It's unique mixture of waterside outdoor space, popular restaurant options, and modern architectural feel has made it a new destination in the developing Fan Pier neighborhood.
