Reservoir Woods
Reservoir Woods, Waltham, MA
State of the art office building including cafe, fitness center and covered parking. This project involved the respositioning of a piece of the old Polaroid campus. Scope included reskinning the existing building and site improvements. Performing this work while keeping the office park functioning for the existing tenants demonstrates JMA's ability to do major renovation work while being sensitive to existing tenants.
