The 2011 Completion of Atlantic Wharf
Moriarty is proud to announce the completion of the iconic 1.2 million square foot development on Boston's waterfront. With 31 stories of Class-A tenant space and six levels of underground parking, this project is a great addition to the waterfront. The opening of this project included completing tenant work as well as several grand public atrium spaces. The building is on track for formal LEED Gold certification with an innovative water reuse system.
