John J. Moriarty, President
John Moriarty is Founder and President of John Moriarty & Associates. Since starting the firm in 1985, he has guided its growth to become a major construction management firm with offices in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Florida and Virginia. With John Moriarty's leadership, vision, and active involvement, JMA's resume has grown to include construction of high-rise office buildings, complex research facilities, multi-unit residential projects, and state of the art health care facilities.
David G. Leathers, Chief Executive Officer
David Leathers is responsible for preconstruction estimating and purchasing activities on all projects undertaken by Moriarty Associates. Mr. Leathers serves a primary role in early establishment of project expectations and oversees the subsequent achievement of those expectations. As CEO, he is charged with guiding firm policy and direction in addition to specific project responsibilities.Mr. Leathers joined Moriarty Associates in 1987.
Steven J. Weber, Senior Vice President/Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Steve Weber is responsible for staffing field operations in the Boston area. He assumes overall project executive responsibilities on select projects, managing all activities from pre-construction through all phases of construction and is responsible for hiring and training all field staff. Steve Weber joined Moriarty Associates in 1986 and currently is Vice President and Head of Operations with the firm.

Christopher J. Brown, Senior Vice President
As Senior Vice President, Chris Brown is involved in the initial pre-construction process providing cost, schedule and constructability input. He is further responsible for establishing the initial project schedule and logistics plan; overseeing the implementation of the construction plan; and facilitating communications among the construction team, design team and owner. Additionally, he participates in preparing cost estimates and purchasing. Chris Brown joined Moriarty Associates in 1993.
John Leete, Executive Vice President/Florida
As Executive Vice President, John Leete is responsible for all facets of the Florida operation; guiding firm policy and direction. Furthermore, he is responsible for establishing the initial project schedule and logistics plan; overseeing the implementation of the construction plan; and facilitating communications among the construction team, design team and owner. Mr. Leete's 20 years experience in South Florida gives him a unique knowledge of the local marketplace.
Raymond C. Galvin, Jr., Senior Vice President/Connecticut
Raymond Galvin has headed up the Connecticut Office since the company inception in 1985. His projects have ranged from Fairfield County to the Massachusetts border. Raymond Galvin is responsible for overseeing all facets of the construction management process from conceptual design budgeting to final punch list.
Bruce M. Howlett, Vice President/Project Executive
As Project Executive, Bruce Howlett oversees the progress of the project from design through to completion. He has had tremendous success building a research laboratory facility for Massachusetts General Hospital over an existing and operating mall. He has also overseen the successful construction of five buildings on the campus of Brandeis University including a new science building, dormitory project, admissions building, and humanities center.
Finbarr G. O’Sullivan, Project Executive
As Project Executive, Finbarr O’Sullivan develops and monitors construction schedules and costs; and he establishes quality control procedures. He is currently overseeing the completion of the 34-story Russia Wharf office building on the Boston Waterfront. Finbarr O’Sullivan joined Moriarty Associates in 1993.
