Moriarty's beginnings are rooted in an extensive background of building office projects. From building urban towers with underground parking structures with extraordinary logistical and design challenges, planning a widespread campus setting, or constructing a Class A corporate office with unique site requirements, Moriarty adheres to its philosophy of a predictable result.

Restoration
Whether it’s historic restoration, millwork, masonry, or recreating old world craftsmanship, Moriarty understands and values the attention to detail required to restore, renovate, preserve and reuse. Not only is this important for many projects to maintain a connection to the past, but reusing the existing building has become a prominent theme in the goal of fostering sustainability.
Laboratory
Moriarty has experience in building a number of laboratories suited for medical research, chemistry, bio tech, and pharmaceutical research and testing. These environments have been constructed under demanding criteria, such as those required to support NIH research, vivariums and bio tech process development.

Moriarty has a successful record of building for institutional and academic clients. This experience includes student residences, research facilities, classrooms and teaching laboratories for the institutional and academic community.

Moriarty works closely with the clinical staff to create environments responsive to their needs. Residential & Hotel
Moriarty specializes in constructing high rise condominiums and apartments in Massachusetts, Florida, and Virginia. We have completed a wide range of designs, from adaptive re-use to ultra contemporary design – as well as integrating the use of many different structure types into tight residential space requirements - cast-in-place concrete, structural steel, wood framing, and panelized light gauge systems.
