6-story lab research building built over and through existing and occupied 2-story office/lab building with 2-level below grade parking garage. Project also included a 5-story office building built over and through existing and occupied building.

Northeast Proton Therapy Center, Boston, MA
One of only two proton therapy centers in the United States. Construction entailed exacting standards for medical equipment and the logistics of an extremely tight urban site.
