6-story lab research building built over and through existing and occupied 2-story office/lab building with 2-level below grade parking garage. Project also included a 5-story office building built over and through existing and occupied building.
Karp Family Research Center
Children's Hospital, Boston, MA
High rise laboratory research building; 12-story new construction, structural steel with glass and precast curtainwall. Project also included a 5-level 300 space underground cast-in-place parking garage.
Winchester Hospital
Winchester, MA
New emergency department facility and renovation and repositioning of patient care facilities.
Massachusetts General Hospital
Northeast Proton Therapy Center, Boston, MA
One of only two proton therapy centers in the United States. Construction entailed exacting standards for medical equipment and the logistics of an extremely tight urban site.
