Mixed use development composed of 610,000 SF office space and 220,000 SF potential residential space; 6-level 125,000 SF underground parking garage; separate 7-story existing historic building.

100 Burlington Center

Burlington, MA
110,000 SF Core/Shell office building with landscaped parking lot for 400+ cars.  This project involved extensive site development including abatement and demolition of an existing building and blasting of rock ledge.  It also included on-site processing of structural fill/clean-up and restoration of adjacent wet lands. 

Building exterior is precast concrete with metal panels and curtainwall/storefront glazing.  Building is insulated with soy-based spray foam insulation. 

This project achieved LEED Gold Certification.

850 Winter Street

Waltham, MA
Core/Shell office building with one level below grade parking.  High performance glass and aluminum skin.  Achieved Core/Shell LEED certification.

National Grid

Waltham, MA
Build to suit office building for National Grid, project contains 400-car parking garage.  Construction of the 3-story mainly glass exterior facility incorporates numerous high-performance, energy saving environmentally friendly features.

Burlington Center

Burlington, MA
Precast, curtainwall and metal panel commercial office building abutting Burlington Center I and III.  All buildings in the park were constructed by JMA.

ING Regional Headquarters

Windsor, CT
State of the art office building featuring a main lobby of stainless steel and glass.

111 Huntington Avenue

Boston, MA
An office tower located adjacent to Prudential Center, includes a winter garden, a separate condominium complex and connections to the shopping arcade.  A logistically complicated project which involved completing a high rise tower in a congested downtown location adjacent to Boston's biggest retail center.
