New JMA Project Breaks Ground

The latest JMA Project, Pier 4, will break ground today in Boston. The project, located at the old Anthony's Pier 4 on the South Boston Waterfront (renamed the "Innovation District" by Mayor Thomas Menino), will begin with construction of a 21-story tower containing apartment space, retail space and underground parking. In addition to the apartment tower, two other large buildings are planned, containing a mix of retail development, offices and hotel rooms. A public park is planned to be situated where Anthony's Pier 4 currently stands.
New JMA Project Breaks Ground at Winchester Hospital
John Moriarty & Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce the groundbreaking of a new Cancer Care Center and Ambulatory Surgery Center for Winchester Hospital, located in Winchester, MA. The new 31,200 square foot facility, located approximately one mile from the hospital's main campus, will provide comprehensive services to meet increased demand for specialized services for cancer treatment and outpatient surgery services. The project has been registered by Winchester Hospital with the US Green Building Council, and is anticipated to receive LEED Gold Status.
