Halstead Square at Dunn Loring is the second and third phase of Halstead at the Metro II. This project includes four residential buildings with approximately 850 units; 50,000 sf of retail space; all with three underground levels of parking. The fourth building is a planned 150 guest room hotel.
The Center for Life Sciences at Shady Grove

The Center for Life Sciences at Shady Grove is the complete renovation of 84,000 SF of space into a multi-tenant lab use space. Scope of work includes extensive exterior and site renovations, upgrade of all core MEP systems, fit up of office and lab space, as well as the addition of amenity spaces for the three building campus.

The Lorien Hotel & Spa
Alexandria, VA
The existing historic structure was completely re-pointed, new architectural windows were installed, along with a new standing seam copper roof. The interior 2nd floor was removed to create a vaulted ceiling for a Wine Bar Bistro, with a brick oven pizza oven known as Brabo Tasting Room. The project also included a new 6-story hotel and 2-level underground garage. The new building skin incorporates an existing historic facade that was saved and restored via a facadectomy.
Halstead at Arlington
Arlington, VA
8-story mixed use building with 3 levels (190,000 SF) of underground parking. Includes first floor office and retail space, complete with medical clinic. Floors 2-8 consist of 269 luxury residential units including a fitness center, club room, business center and outdoor pool.
The Alexander
Alexandria, VA
The Alexander is a 16-story 275-unit luxury high-rise residential building.
Halstead at the Metro
Fairfax, VA
Halstead at the Metro is comprised of two 4-story buildings totaling 436 condominium units, with a two-story concierge club amenity house. Amenities include a recreation billiard room, basketball court, owner's cocktail lounge and meeting room, with attached garages, private courtyard pool and gardens.
